How to delete your account

In the app: open PokeSense, go to Settings, tap your profile, then Delete Account and confirm.

It happens immediately and cannot be undone.

If you cannot open the app, email obsidianbuilddevelopers@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account itself, so you can no longer sign in.

Your profile: username, avatar, XP and rank.

Your whole collection: every card, its valuation, condition and scan history.

Every card photo, both in our cloud storage and the copies held on your phone.

Your scan and grade counters, cached prices and the app's local data.

What is kept, and why

A salted, irreversible hash of your device identifier. It exists so the one-time free trial cannot be reset by deleting an account and signing up again. It is not linked to your identity, is useless for tracking anyone, and cannot be turned back into a device identifier. It is kept indefinitely for that single purpose.

Cost records of model calls, which carry the model name, token counts and a cost and no account identifier at all.

Your purchase and refund history, which belongs to Google Play as the merchant for subscriptions, not to us. Google keeps it under its own policy — deleting your PokeSense account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel it in Google Play first.
